It's been awhile since I was in the Riverbanks area. You gotta love how Marikina has evolved over the years. It's clean, safe, progressive, scenic even.But I wonder how Riverbanks will stack up when the new SM opens.
Well, if everyone's inside the mall, then that means a lot of nice open spaces for others who would prefer the simple nature trip.
