Had dinner at Pho Hoa, a Vietnamese resto. I developed a love for that particular type of cuisine while staying in Hong Kong back in the mid-90s. Had Cam Bo Xao which is tenderloin beef on rice with a bowl of salad on the side. I always order sliced tomatoes to go with it as it adds flavor. Dig in!

My name is Rick Olivares and I work for my alma mater Ateneo de Manila and GroupM. I write for Business Mirror, Rebound, Philippines Free Press, ateneo.edu, and a few others. Much of my work sees me travel all over the place.
The11-11pages is equal parts diary, travelogue, and my hobbies. You won't find the cheesy and sordid details of my life because I am saving that for something else.
I recommend that you go back to the oldest page and take a trip to what I've done and seen and I figure you'll know where I'm going to.
Have fun. Have a laugh. Just don't have a cow, man.
