This is Pop instituted a membership card for patrons. If you aren't a member you will not be allowed to shop! Imagine that. And there are no benefits other than you can buy from This is Pop. No discounts or what. Really. To be honest, I almost didn't sign up for it. Really. But I did because every now and then, they have stuff that I like.
Oh, well. Still shaking my head though.
